Prescott Valley- Area Information
Situated between the Mingus and Bradshaw Mountains at an elevation of 5,100 feet, Prescott Valley enjoys four temperate seasons with low humidity. Prescott Valley is located in Yavapai County in central Arizona, approximately 90 miles north of Phoenix. It has direct highway access, and is one of the fastest growing towns in the nation. Quality educational facilities, the Yavapai Regional Medical Center, Tim’s Toyota Center, Parks, Restaurants and ample shopping are in close proximity.

The West Campus, approximately 11 miles from the Granville Community, located at 1003 Willow Creek Road, in Prescott, is a 135-bed acute-care hospital, that was named one of America’s top 100 hospitals in 2006. The Heart Center – a state-of-the-art cardiac surgery program – is now open and fully operational at the West Campus.
The East Campus, approximately 2.5 miles from the Granville Community, is located at 7700 E. Florentine Road in Prescott Valley, and is a 50-bed, full-service medical center that opened in May, 2006 and offers 24-hour emergency care. While both campuses currently offer Obstetrical Services, the East Campus will soon house a dedicated expanded facility.
Del E. Webb Outpatient Center, located at 3262 Windsong Road in Prescott Valley, features preventative medicine programs, physical rehabilitation, imaging, lab and medical office buildings.
Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, approximately 3 miles from the Granville Community, is located at 3700 N. Windsong Drive in Prescott Valley. This Rehabilitation Hospital is a community-based acute rehabilitation facility serving Central Arizona.
