Universal Homes is continuing to work hard to meet the demands of our growing state much like the rest of the country, yet we continue to face persistent housing labor shortages, supply chain disruptions and worker retention.

Our Customer Service Department is working hard everyday to schedule and resolve each and every submitted ticket. If you see them around the community, we encourage you to thank them for their hard work and long hours, always striving to make Granville a wonderful community for all.

If you submit a Customer Service ticket with a date stamp that is before your warranty expiration date and the ticket isn’t able to be resolved until past the warranty date, we will honor the ticket.

***If you have already submitted a ticket previously, DO NOT submit another ticket

as it will create duplicates in our system that will cause delays.
